Who we are

What information we collect

We collect information only when you voluntarily provide it:

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, general geographic region, and device type. No personally identifiable information is stored in GA4.
• AI chat (Kris): if you interact with our AI assistant, conversation content is processed to generate responses. We do not store chat transcripts beyond the active session.
• Calendly: if you book a call, your name and email are collected by Calendly. See Calendly's privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and project requests.
• To schedule discovery calls or follow-up communications.
• To improve our website and services using aggregated, anonymized analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis (Quebec Law 25 / PIPEDA)

We collect and process your personal information based on your consent, given when you submit our contact form or interact with our chat. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

We comply with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25 / Bill 64) and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Cookies

Our site uses:

• Essential cookies: language preference (lang_pref) — no personal data, expires in 30 days.
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to distinguish users and sessions. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months, then permanently deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, per our configuration. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Your rights

Under Law 25 and PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) at cai.gouv.qc.ca.

Our site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted securely. We do not store credit card information — payment processing is handled by third-party providers with their own PCI-DSS compliance.
